This established firm specializes in large-scale strategic land and regeneration projects, offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Town Planner to contribute to impactful developments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the promotion of large-scale development projects (both brownfield and greenfield) through the local plan process.
- Conduct thorough research and site appraisals to inform project strategies.
- Provide support in managing major planning applications and appeals, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Prepare and submit small to medium-scale planning applications, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Draft compelling representations for local plans, advocating for sustainable development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a planning-related discipline is essential. An MSc (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Membership of the RTPI as a Chartered Town Planner is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in town planning is necessary to excel in this role.
