About the Role
Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Town Planner to join our client's dynamic team in Reading. As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in bringing forward large-scale regeneration projects throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement planning strategies for commercial, residential, retail, education, energy, and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality planning solutions.
- Provide expert advice on planning policy and legislation.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups.
Requirements
- MRTPI Chartered or currently working towards chartership.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in planning, preferably in the private sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as report writing.
