The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to help us achieve real impact by optimising external marketing campaigns to drive impact and engagement across a variety of channels. The postholder will work collaboratively across the organisation working on campaigns to raise awareness of the RSA as a leading social change charity across owned, earned and paid channels.

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

About You

What we look for in a successful Senior Marketing Officer candidate:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role where you can demonstrate effective campaign messaging and delivery
  • Previous experience in delivering marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, including creating effective content and tracking and measuring effectiveness
  • The ability to support the wider team in an effective, creative and collaborative way as part of a fast-paced and innovative team
