Key Responsibilities:

**Receptionist Duties:**

Provide a warm welcome to clients and staff.

Meet and greet visitors, direct them to meeting rooms, and announce their arrival.

Book and manage meetings, including catering and visitor requirements.

Maintain meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and stock of stationery.

Organise taxis and couriers, handle deliveries and assist with event setups.

Answer calls and respond to emails promptly.
