About the role

You will report into the Head of Beauty Digital Trading and working closely with the Beauty Digital Trading team, and across wider digital and commercial teams. The role is based in Nottingham, however, travel to communicate with brand partners is required.

Accountable for overall brand performance, working with digital and core trading teams to ensure successful and profitable trade plans, and wider across BMG and digital marketing teams, contributing to total revenue & profit growth and market share goals, and JBP supplier targets. Develops, owns, drives and implements a digital strategy, end-to-end, for the brands driving revenue growth through increased customer acquisition, conversion and retention. Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders including driving the e-commerce agenda for their brands across the business, influencing decisions around digital activations. and representing the brands across internal Boots teams, and championing Boots with the brand teams. Supporting development initiatives, this may include acting as business champion for technical development initiatives, leading activities for new launches and supporting or leading new ways of working. Line management of L6 Digital Implant role, providing coaching to support their development, and accountable for their performance. Reporting to the Head of Beauty Digital Trading, with a dotted line to the brand, supporting the brands, within the digital channels, across total Beauty. What you'll need to have

Experience working in ecommerce, or with a mix of trading and digital retailing/marketing experience. Experience working within Beauty previously is preferable. Thorough understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing - proficient in using data & insight to drive performance and in building and delivering plans. Excellent internal and external stakeholder management - engaging, influencing, and holding to account team, peers, senior stakeholders and third parties. Our benefits
