Cielo is seeking a Strategic Brand & Digital Consultant to join our dynamic Global Brand, Digital and Communications Practice.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the talent brand and digital strategies for our clients, helping them attract top talent, enhance employee performance, and maximize the value of their employer brand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing commercially sound talent brand, digital, and communications solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Leveraging market and talent intelligence to design highly targeted talent marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to define project briefs and spearheading the development and execution of impactful solutions.
  • Managing diverse Brand & Digital projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Measuring and optimizing the return on investment (ROI) for all projects undertaken.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to support business development opportunities, such as multinational RPO deals.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing within either an RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency environment.
  • A strong understanding of talent marketing principles, with expertise in at least one key area such as EVP/Employer brand strategy, advertising, social media, or recruitment marketing technology.
  • The ability to translate best practices into practical and effective solutions and products.

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely within the UK. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
