About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Ogilvy. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage day-to-day project engagement, owning workstreams and acting independently on specific project deliverables.
  • Client Relationship Management: Actively support the management of client relationships strategically, commercially, and operationally.
  • New Business Development: Participate in strategic new business pitches and initiatives, developing growth opportunities across existing clients.
  • Methodology and Work: Participate in all aspects of methodology and work, including analyzing quantitative and qualitative research, creative thinking, and developing strategic recommendations.
  • Financial Management: Scope and manage the financial and budgetary aspects of client projects.
  • Knowledge Management: Keep abreast of innovations in your area(s) of expertise, actively contributing to the knowledge base and developing thought leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Act as a role model, regularly sought out for views by peers and the wider team, and contribute to the development of analysts and consultants within the team.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of strategy consulting experience with a major consulting, research, or client company, specializing in brand and marketing strategy, brand positioning architecture, and/or brand.
  • Skills: Develop breakthrough brand strategies, positionings, and innovations through a deep understanding of our clients' needs.
  • Communication: Challenging conventional views and presenting ideas persuasively to gain buy-in.
  • Analysis: Draw critical human and cultural insights from data.
  • Translation: Translate strategic thinking to creative and innovative brand and marketing solutions.
  • Marketing Principles: A working knowledge of modern marketing principles and understanding of how to build powerful brands in today's market.
  • Portfolio Management: Experience and knowledge of portfolio management.
  • Research: Comfort designing research approaches, managing research processes, and analyzing and distilling data to build robust, compelling, and actionable recommendations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Able to work across multiple projects, with good organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Curiosity and Energy: A curiosity and energy that runs through everything you turn your hand to and motivates others around you.
