About the Role

The Client Manager role at WPP Group involves supporting the Client Director in managing strategic design projects, with a focus on nurturing and maintaining excellent client relationships at the brand manager level. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Proactive Client Servicing
  2. Efficient Brand/Project Management
  3. Financial Acumen
  4. Championing High Creative Standards
  5. Understanding Brand/Project Requirements
  6. Contributing to Project Costings
  7. Clear Communication and Regular Reviews
  8. Detailed Reporting and Accurate Costing of Project Stages
  9. Ensuring Timely and Accurate Invoicing
  10. Collaboration with the Production Team
  11. Ensuring Successful Project Implementation

The emphasis is on proactive project management, financial acumen, and maintaining the highest creative standards throughout. As a Client Manager at WPP Group, you will be at the forefront of nurturing client relationships, demonstrating a growing understanding of their business and broader brand/marketing issues. Your good judgment and ability to manage expectations both internally and externally will be key assets.
