Role overview:

As a Delivery Manager at Arlanis Reply, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our multi-disciplinary teams deliver our services in an agile and efficient way, keeping our teams on track in relation to project cost, risks and timelines.

You'll enable our team to focus on what's most important to the delivery and will help the team to overcome any hurdles they may face throughout the project delivery life cycle.

You'll get exposed to large-scale digital transformation projects specialising in Salesforce as well as Mulesoft application integration, working with some of the world's leading brands.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll ensure we deliver projects in a structured way, keeping our teams on track with the agreed project time line
  • As a delivery manager, you'll employ relevant business change and project management methodologies
  • Shape and own project plans and project management systems, maintaining good project discipline
  • Lead and motivate a multi-skilled delivery team focusing on Salesforce implementation and Mulesoft application integration projects
  • You'll act as prime point of contact for project stakeholders and as a liaison to client subject matter experts About the candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science or in an IT-related field
  • You have already gained at least 2-3 years of digital project management experience with exposure to agile methodology
  • Strong experience delivering digital projects in a complex environment, maintaining good project discipline and deploying both waterfall and agile techniques as required
  • Relevant Salesforce project delivery experience would be a strong asset
  • You have already delivered projects with focus on Digital Change Management
  • You're a collaborator You excel at working across multiple internal business units and have experience engaging with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
