Job Title: Lead Salesforce Consultant

Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our team at The People Network. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Solution Design: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality work.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading projects and teams, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce technology, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
