Salesforce Solutions Consultant

Steadman Brown is a prominent technology solutions provider and a recognized Salesforce Partner, dedicated to offering state-of-the-art solutions to our clientele. As we broaden our reach, we are in search of a proficient and seasoned Salesforce Consultant to enhance our capabilities.
We are seeking a qualified Salesforce Consultant with at least 2 years of practical experience in a Salesforce Partner setting. In this role, you will be essential in evaluating client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and deploying Salesforce applications. Your knowledge will be vital in guaranteeing the effective execution of Salesforce initiatives and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to comprehend their operational processes and requirements.
- Architect and execute Salesforce solutions, ensuring peak system performance and user satisfaction.
- Modify and configure Salesforce to align with specific client demands.
- Offer technical insights and recommendations to clients regarding Salesforce best practices.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users and clients to enhance adoption and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and administrators to deliver superior solutions on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant in a Salesforce Partner environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Consultant, Developer) are highly advantageous.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security features.
- Skilled in customizing and configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated success in delivering Salesforce projects effectively.
