Job Summary:

CloudCo Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Lead to join our team. As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading the functional components of our Salesforce solutions, working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the requirements definition and the Product Backlog
  • Lead Detailed Design workshops, playbacks, testing and training sessions
  • Lead the production of design outputs such as process maps, product backlog and solution design documentation
  • Take ownership of the functional components of the Solution Design
  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Be required to lead and manage and mentor Junior Salesforce Consultants.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing position that requires excellent communication and presentation skills to lead the Solution for each project and client engagement. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects, work across all industries, and be surrounded by an incredibly hardworking and hugely talented team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementation and delivery
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
