Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Lead to join our team. As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the requirements definition and the Product Backlog, leading Detailed Design workshops, playbacks, testing and training sessions, and producing design outputs such as process maps, product backlog and solution design documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Definition: Take ownership of the requirements definition and the Product Backlog, ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined and prioritized.
- Design Workshops: Lead Detailed Design workshops, playbacks, testing and training sessions to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that the solution meets the requirements.
- Design Outputs: Produce design outputs such as process maps, product backlog and solution design documentation to ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the solution.
- Functional Components: Take ownership of the functional components of the Solution Design, ensuring that all functional requirements are met.
- Project Management: Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Technical Skills: Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, and be able to lead and manage junior Salesforce Consultants.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Functional Lead role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
