Salesforce Functional Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Lead to join our team at CloudCo Solutions Ltd. As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will play a critical role in the success of our clients and our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the requirements definition and product backlog for Salesforce projects.
- Lead detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain design outputs such as process maps, product backlog, and solution design documentation.
- Take ownership of the functional components of the solution design, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work collaboratively across multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging your expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Lead, manage, and mentor junior Salesforce consultants to ensure their growth and development.
About the Role:
This is a client-facing position that requires excellent communication and presentation skills to lead the solution for each project and client engagement. As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects, across various industries, and be part of a highly successful and collaborative team.
