About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team at CloudCo Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of integration workstreams, providing instructions and guidelines to the technical development team, and managing a small team of Salesforce Developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of integration workstreams, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Manage and lead a small team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes, including automations based on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and implement integration jobs, web-based user interfaces, and other technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to the concurrent version system repository.
  • Lead detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Salesforce Developers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
