**Job Summary**

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead Consultant with significant Salesforce expertise to lead our clients' technical teams and provide strategic guidance on Salesforce implementation and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, a solution-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead technical teams in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet clients' business needs
  • Develop and maintain technical architectural designs, data models, and pre-sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions

**Requirements**

  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in an enterprise technical/solution architect role, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer, Technical, Application, or System Architect
  • Demonstrated development expertise including Java, Javascript, APEX, Visualforce, APIs (REST, SOAP), Integration and Lightning framework
  • Experience with microservices architecture, integration/middleware, source control, CI/CD deployment, and Security
