Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and create robust, scalable solutions.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Oversee the configuration and customisation of Salesforce CRM to meet the specific needs of our logistics operations.
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications to streamline business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong track record of leading successful Salesforce projects.
- Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and logistics industry challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
