Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of integration workstreams, providing guidance and instructions to the technical development team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of integration workstreams, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Provide technical guidance and instructions to the development team, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical designs, including automations and business processes, leveraging the Salesforce Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Build and implement web-based user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Facilitate code sharing and control, submitting code to the concurrent version system repository.
- Lead detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage a small team of Salesforce Developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
