**Functional Lead - Salesforce**

**CloudCo Solutions Ltd** is a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem, seeking a skilled Salesforce Functional Lead to join their fast-paced, inclusive, and people-first organisation.

As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will:

  • Take ownership of the requirements definition and the Product Backlog, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Lead Detailed Design workshops, playbacks, testing and training sessions, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Lead the production of design outputs such as process maps, product backlog and solution design documentation, showcasing your expertise.
  • Take ownership of the functional components of the Solution Design, delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.
  • Be required to lead and manage and mentor Junior Salesforce Consultants, fostering growth and development.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth.
