Lead Salesforce Consultant - 6-Month Contract

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects and driving business growth.

About the Role: As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for managing projects across the full project lifecycle, overseeing junior team members, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your techno-functional skillset will enable you to take the lead on managing projects, conducting gap analysis, and designing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Run discovery, conduct gap analysis, write user stories, and process map to ensure project success.
  2. Solution Design: Design solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging your techno-functional expertise.
  3. Configuration and Build: Configure and build Salesforce solutions, including out-of-the-box functionality and technical development such as Lightning Web Components, Aura, and integration.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders, produce status reports, manage risk and issues, and manage project budgets.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, a good blend of techno-functional experience, and Salesforce certifications. You must also possess excellent client-facing communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
