About the Role

TECHOHANA is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team as a Technical Lead. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for managing long-term projects with minimal oversight, leading a team of consultants, and ensuring adherence to estimates, timelines, and milestones.

This is a hybrid role, with travel 3 days per week in London. We are looking for a candidate who can commit to this arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business analyst to ensure that requirements are design-ready
  • Work with designers to ensure design meets business requirements
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Document processes and procedures
Requirements
  • 6+ years of Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end-user experience in a complex environment
  • Hands-on configuration experience
  • Leadership and mentorship experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting
  • 5+ Salesforce certifications, including: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, and specialist areas such as Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, FSL, etc.
  • Proven track record of having worked in a similar position with comparable responsibilities
  • You are London-based and have the right to work within the U.K.
