Job Summary:

CloudCo Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of integration workstreams, providing instructions and guidelines to the technical development team, and managing a small team of Salesforce Developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of integration workstreams, providing instructions and guidelines to the technical development team.
  • Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Manage a small team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Help design business processes, including automations based on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Translate business requirements and develop functional and technical designs.
  • Build integration jobs based on instructions and guidelines, and build/implement web-based user interfaces.
  • Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to a concurrent version system repository.
  • Lead detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a small team of Salesforce Developers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead technical design and solution discussions with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
