TECHOHANA is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to assume the role of Technical Lead for our on-site Salesforce infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing solutions, configuration changes, and managing processes across the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and take ownership of our Salesforce infrastructure. You will be the subject matter expert on Salesforce and will be expected to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement scalable, best practice solutions
- Experience with Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Experience with change management and governance
- Experience integrating third-party apps with Salesforce
- Web development skills
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certificate
The position will be based in our London office and offers a competitive salary up to £60K depending on experience. The role comes with a generous benefit package and healthcare.
