**Job Summary**
TECHOHANA is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site Salesforce infrastructure and taking ownership of technical decisions.
**About the Role**
This is a hybrid position that will be based in our London office. As a Technical Lead, you will be the subject matter expert on Salesforce and will be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders across the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the Salesforce infrastructure and make technical decisions to ensure its optimal performance.
- Design and implement scalable, best practice solutions to meet the business needs.
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Experience in change management and governance is essential.
- Integrate third-party apps with Salesforce to enhance business functionality.
- Develop web development skills to support business needs.
- Hold a Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certificate.
