About the Role
The Hyde Group is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Salesforce Team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Salesforce platform, overseeing the Salesforce Development Team, and ensuring the integration, development, and maintenance of both new and existing features.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Manage the Salesforce Development Team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Workload Planning: Plan, prioritize, and manage the team's workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Software Development: Translate user stories into functional and actionable software within Salesforce, adhering to best practices.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit, integration, and performance testing of new product functionality.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with development scrum teams and IT groups to optimise the end-to-end process, including monitoring and deployment.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical experience with Salesforce, including development and integration.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Developer (required).
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing a team, including performance management.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Salesforce.
- Testing Experience: Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing in Salesforce.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
