For this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of Salesforce and related integrations. This role involves managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, as well as leading enterprise software projects to ensure successful technical implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Lead enterprise software projects from initiation to delivery, including gathering requirements, creating project plans, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, implementing enhancements as needed to optimize Salesforce usage.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.
  • Experience managing enterprise software projects independently, from initiation to delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus but not required.
