We are in search of a seasoned and forward-thinking Salesforce Technical Architect to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess strategic insight, a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce functionalities, and a proven history of designing and executing Salesforce solutions that address intricate business needs. This role entails working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver effective and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Engage with clients to collect requirements, analyze business workflows, and create customized Salesforce solutions.
- Offer technical leadership and direction to development teams, ensuring the successful deployment and integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of existing Salesforce implementations and suggest improvements to enhance performance and functionality.
- Remain informed about the latest Salesforce features, updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance solution offerings.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, technical specifications, and system configurations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to maximize their Salesforce investments.
- Guide and support junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and ongoing learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or in a comparable role.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom development and third-party integrations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
