What You Will Do


The CBI Manager is responsible for partnering across the Kenvue business to bring expertise on our consumers, shoppers & retailers.

This is done through providing both timely and actionable insights which engage both our external customers and internal stakeholders.

This role works across the breadth of GTM Go To Market insights from data & analytics (eg, Syndicated data from Nielsen & Kantar) through to consumer & shopper insight derived from ad hoc studies:

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and lead insights and analytics work for squads* and customers, working closely with multifunctional teams within Northern Europe**. Responsible for connecting the dots and developing a cohesive set of insights & actions delivered with build strong storytelling to bring Consumers, Shoppers & Professionals toat the center of the discussion.
  • Manage and develop our agile research platform for quantitative research
  • Shape business strategy through the balance of human Insights and analytics to bring solid recommendations to deliver our Kenvue share growth aspirations.
  • Proactively drive understanding of key shopper, retailer and consumer trends. Utilise existing resources to support the commercial and marketing organization to drive our GTM strategy.
  • Understand business challenges and proactively identify how to utilise Insights & Analytics to influence a faster and fact-based decision-making process
  • Strong ability to cConnect data from different sources (ad hoc research- both qual and quant, & syndicated) to identify growth opportunities for Kenvue NE.
  • Able to see how insights can fit within our external narrative to influence customers including the use of our state of the art shopper science lab & inhouse capabilities such as eye tracking for customer engagement (NB: prior experience of the latter is not a prerequisite for this role)
*Squads are the cross-functional teams led by Marketing that focus on the delivery of our local brand tactics, comms & activations

What You Will Do

  • A natural curiosity, with strategic problem-solving orientation and the ability to "zoom in and out as needed"
  • Strong Knowledge in Syndicated data (eg, Nielsen/Circana, IQVIKantar) and foundational understanding of Aad hoc research methodologies with a passion to learn and develop in role
  • An action-oriented mindset with a clear drive for results an desire to make an impact
  • A desire to learn and develop in role, embracing the diverse range of projects and learning opportunities on offer across the consumer, shopper and analytics elements of CBI
