About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Insights Leader to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC. As a key member of our Global Consumer Insights team, you will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research to support our EU Regional Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consumer research initiatives to inform product innovation and in-market strategy & activation within the EU across Sun Care, Shave and Grooming segments.
  • Collaborate closely with EU Innovation and Marketing business partners to drive the development of new product innovation.
  • Develop and implement research strategies to gain a deep understanding of consumers and their behaviors.
  • Analyze and interpret syndicated data to inform business decisions.
  • Provide objective, consumer-centric insights to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in consumer research, preferably in the Consumer Goods/FMCG sector or with a research agency.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret a range of quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
  • Experience designing and building research surveys.
  • Marketing research experience, including consumer and syndicated research.
  • Strong foundation in primary research and experience with new product development for Consumer Goods.
  • Experience conducting research across multiple countries.
