Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Direct to Consumer Ecommerce Professional to join our team as an Assistant Trading Manager. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, including product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the online store, including product merchandising, promotions, and sales performance
• Drive the performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business
• Collaborate with internal diverse teams across Europe and external 3rd party agencies
• Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize sales and customer experience
• Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and customer engagement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and trading operations

Requirements
• Experience with DTC platforms/tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, Yotpo, SAP) ideally gained within FMCG/ eRetail/Luxury Beauty industry
• Strong understanding of Trading + Operations
• Experience with Google Analytics/Google Suite, web dev / HTML
• Ability to collaborate and work in partnership with internal diverse teams across Europe and external 3rd party agencies
• Detailed orientated with strong planning, multitasking and data analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Office tools
• Fluent in German/French is desirable
