Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group, a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors. As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing brand activations in flagship premium on-trade and retail accounts.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute brand activation strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in the on-trade and retail sectors.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to create engaging brand experiences and content.
  • Champion the Super Premium range, serving as the key point of contact for these products both internally and externally.
  • Conduct quarterly market reviews to stay up-to-date on competitor activity, press coverage, trade and consumer event sponsorships.
  • Coordinate content creation and menu development for on-trade and retail accounts.
  • Attend photoshoots and ensure high-quality visual content is produced.

About You:

  • Proven experience in marketing and brand management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand activations from concept to execution to evaluation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and hold a point of view.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize high-importance tasks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small team.
