About the Position

The Product Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing product strategy, execution, and promotion throughout the product lifecycle. This individual will craft a comprehensive vision and roadmap for the product, drawing insights from internal stakeholders, customer feedback, market analysis, and personal industry expertise. Collaboration with Engineering and various teams is essential to ensure that products are developed in alignment with this vision, fulfill market demands, and maintain a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product roadmap for their designated portfolio and act as a subject matter expert within the organization.
  • Analyze market trends and requirements to identify potential product solutions.
  • Manage supplier relationships for items procured by Airflow, including aspects such as pricing, branding, and packaging.
  • Accurately depict market challenges and desired solutions relevant to the sectors in which we operate.
  • Convert high-level market needs into detailed functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive analysis matrix that reflects the current competitive landscape.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing value with suppliers and the Procurement team.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships between the Product Management Team and other departments.
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure effective communication of new product introductions to stakeholders.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to reporting requests, managing expectations regarding data quality and delivery timelines.
  • Create and regularly update dashboards to provide the Product Team with insights based on key performance indicators.
  • Revise product documentation, market advisories, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of product modifications.
  • Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing information, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with existing and new product regulations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report on new product launches.
  • Participate in trade association meetings to gain insights into business challenges and represent Airflow's interests.
