About the Role

Biffa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive digital transformation and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across several business capabilities/segment areas. As a key member of the IT team, you will partner with business divisions to develop digital solutions that blend seamlessly with customers' workflows, provide the right information at the right time, and deliver shareholder and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business strategy and drive commercial growth.
  • Partner with business divisions to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and third-party providers to create strategic product delivery roadmaps and oversee implementation.
  • Facilitate discussions, user story development, and refinement, and contribute to roadblock resolution and decision making.
  • Create strong business cases aligned to the overall strategy and present to executive teams for approval.
  • Develop and manage effective 'Go to Market' strategies to ensure successful adoption of new product offerings.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to inform product decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology trends and their practical application to enable new and evolving business and operating models.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in product management, preferably in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
  • 3 years' experience building business cases, owning product strategy, and product performance (or P&L) on complex products.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles and ability to conduct financial analysis.
  • Experience managing other product managers, business analysts, UI/UX analysts, or technical product owners.
  • Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.
