About the Role
Biffa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our IT team, driving digital transformation and ensuring our products and services utilize cutting-edge technology to drive competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business divisions to develop and implement product roadmaps, building trusted advisor relationships with MDs/leadership.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements, prioritizing needs and defining business value.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and third-party providers to create strategic product delivery roadmaps.
- Facilitate discussions, user story development, and testing, contributing to roadblock resolution and decision-making.
- Create strong business cases aligned to the overall strategy and present to executive teams for approval.
- Develop effective 'Go to Market' strategies for new product offerings.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to inform product decision-making.
- Perform analysis for build/buy/partner decisions and product demonstrations.
Our Requirements
- 5 years' experience in Product Management, preferably in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- 3 years' experience building business cases, owning product strategy, and product performance.
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, with ability to conduct financial analysis.
- Experience managing product managers, business analysts, or technical product owners.
- Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.
