About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Biffa, a leading waste management company. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of digital solutions that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business professionals to develop and implement digital solutions that drive business value.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing and validating requirements to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Facilitate discussions, user story development, and refinement, and participate in testing and service transition.
  • Perform product demonstrations and technical presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with functional leads in Software Engineering to build best-in-class software, products, and services.
  • Translate high-level specifications into program specifications and estimate time for completion.
  • Assist in the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Product Manager and/or Business Analyst on small to large-scale projects and software products.
  • Experience driving business value and rationale of change initiatives.
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with complex situations.
  • Understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.
  • Experience embedding agile ceremonies and ways of working across distinct teams.
