Product Development Manager

Chervon Europe Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for aligning our Outdoor Power Equipment portfolio with our company strategy and defining the product strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy Development: Work with the Director of Product Development to develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Product Portfolio Management: Manage the development and launch of new products and services, ensuring they meet our quality and performance standards.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop products that meet those needs.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide insights to inform product development decisions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development to launch and beyond, ensuring that products meet our quality and performance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure that products meet our quality and performance standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in product development tools and software, such as product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, and experience with data analysis and reporting.
