About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Insights professional to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care. As a Global Consumer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research in support of our EU Regional Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead consumer research to drive the development of new product innovation and in-market strategy & activation within the EU across Sun Care, Shave and Grooming segments.
  • Work closely with EU Innovation and Marketing business partners to understand consumer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement research strategies to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide analytical and strategic insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer insights and research, preferably in the Consumer Goods/FMCG sector or with an Agency.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative research techniques, including survey design and data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
