About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Insights Manager to join our team at pladis Global. As a key member of our Consumer Technical Insights function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the application of sensory and consumer science insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of sensory and consumer science research programs to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Innovation, Brand, and R&D, to ensure alignment and effective communication of research findings.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the application of sensory and consumer science methodologies in product development and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to ensure the effective exchange of information and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of sensory and consumer science methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative tools and techniques.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
