About Us: Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. is a leading global consumer goods company with a portfolio of over 25 brands. We are seeking an experienced Consumer Insights professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead qualitative and quantitative consumer research to support the EU Regional Marketing Team.
- Work closely with EU Innovation and Marketing business partners to drive the development of new product innovation and in-market strategy & activation within the EU across Sun Care, Shave and Grooming segments.
- Develop and implement research studies to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into business strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in consumer research.
- 5+ years of experience in consumer research, preferably in the Consumer Goods/FMCG sector or with a research agency.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret a range of syndicated data.
- Experience designing and building research surveys.
- Marketing research experience, including a combination of consumer and syndicated research.
- Strong foundation in primary research and experience with new product development for Consumer Goods.
- Experience conducting research across multiple countries.
