About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Insight's & Analytics team at Dreams Ltd. As a key member of our Finance & Insights department, you will play a crucial part in driving business performance and providing financial insights to support retail decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business partner to Retail team; providing analytical support, investment appraisal, Revenue/cost/contribution analysis to drive fast and relevant decision making.
  • Challenge and communicate across all levels of organisation, high degree of exposure to senior teams.
  • Prepare function specific reporting, KPI analysis, and insights into the key drivers of performance.
  • Build/maintain intuitive dashboards using Tableau/Alteryx; to promote automation & self serve.
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis including customer behavior, industry trends, competition, spatial analytics, staffing needs etc.
Requirements
  • Commercial acumen; demonstrable industry experience; vast proven analytical/dashboarding experience
  • Ability to rapidly and thoroughly understand the environment in which you will operate (people, applications, technology, process), to support faster decision making.
  • Ability to interpret and understand data, identify trends/and patterns.
