Your primary focus will be to comprehend their operational and recruitment requirements while fostering strong connections with scientific professionals.

Location: This role is based in an office setting with a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in either German or French is a crucial requirement for this position.

About the Company: Our client is a forward-thinking, international recruitment agency committed to the life sciences and medical industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop your own client accounts within the life sciences and medical sectors.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates both in-person and via telephone.
  • Engage in proactive telephone outreach to maintain and establish connections, gather market insights, and identify job vacancies.
  • Possess a degree in life sciences, a related scientific discipline, or business studies.
  • While prior sales or recruitment experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in relationship building.
  • A solid understanding of medical or life science terminology is advantageous, with a willingness to learn being essential.

Compensation: The starting salary ranges from £28,000 for entry-level graduates to £35,000 for candidates with prior sales or recruitment experience, complemented by uncapped sales commissions, with realistic earnings potential reaching £50,000.

Benefits: Our benefits package includes the opportunity to pursue a sponsored MBA at Cranfield University, 25 days of annual leave with an additional day for each year of service, an electric bike scheme with up to £2000 in subsidies (subject to terms), a monthly contribution towards gym membership, and a matched pension contribution of up to 7%.
