Talent Acquisition Specialist

Veolia Water Technologies, a global leader in water treatment, is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing temporary and contract workers, and collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and the Onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and conduct regular meetings and Terms of Business renewals/reviews
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Develop a strong industry presence through social media, networking, and event participation
- Execute recruitment focused projects and deliver regular management reports
