Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at Veolia Water Technologies. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical part in shaping our workforce by developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all departments, developing and implementing innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, conducting regular evaluations and facilitating contract renewals
- Ensure compliance with IR35 when sourcing temporary and contractor workers
- Establish a strong internal recruiter profile through social media, networking, and participation in industry events
- Undertake recruitment projects and provide management information and data for corporate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of strategic talent acquisition and stakeholder relationship building
- Expertise in direct sourcing across various platforms, including , CV Library, LinkedIn Recruiter and CV / Boolean searching
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Experience with Workday and Google Suite is a bonus but not essential
- Full UK driving licence, with the ability to commute to offices/events as needed
