**Job Description:**

As a Procurement Specialist at Insignis Talent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to procure goods and services that meet our operational needs, balancing price, quality, and schedule to ensure continuity of supply.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in direct procurement, preferably in a regulated environment. Your working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems, such as IFS, will be essential in maintaining accurate part and supplier data, lead-times, cost, and supplier evaluations.

You will work closely with our Production, Quality Assurance, and Programmes teams to ensure product and service quality levels are maximized, and on-time-in-full delivery of materials and services supports project milestones.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and reporting software. You should also be PC literate in MS office suite.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Purchase goods and services in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Ensure MRP data is accurate and maintain accurate part and supplier MRP data including lead-times, cost, and supplier evaluations.
  • Manage supplier order books and expedite orders to ensure Goods/Services are available to the manufacturing team at the right time.

**Salary:** £40,000 per annum (based on UK average salary for this position)
