Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Procurement Specialist to join our team at Constructive Moves, a leading luxury house builder with a strong reputation in the construction industry. Based in Buckinghamshire, this is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive basic salary and other benefits.

This role involves managing material procurement across multiple projects to maximise company buying initiatives, including negotiating contracts, tender drawings, and specifications for compatibility. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing material measurement from architects' and engineers' drawings, providing technical support, and advising on lead times, alternative materials, and market fluctuations.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the purchase of commercially viable materials that meet contract and environmental requirements, considering new products and innovations, and value engineering proposals. This includes reviewing all drawn information, maintaining accurate construction drawings, and staying up-to-date with market trends.
