Position Overview:

The IT Knowledge Management Process Owner will report directly to the Head of Service Management. This role entails overseeing the delivery of Infrastructure & Platforms (I&P) Services.

The individual will be responsible for the establishment and management of a robust Service Knowledge Management System, ensuring the organization can effectively utilize knowledge throughout the service lifecycle.

Key responsibilities encompass governance, compliance, and the ongoing enhancement of the Knowledge Management process.


Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in IT Knowledge Management and Service Management best practices.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Experience in managing suppliers within an outsourcing or SIAM partnership.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in the Knowledge Management module.
