We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team at Lead Forensics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and retention.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Support and Assistance: Provide timely and effective support to clients, resolving issues and concerns, and working closely with internal departments as needed.
- Contract Renewals and Expansion: Negotiate contract renewals and expansion proposals, ensuring that client needs are met and that business goals are achieved.
