The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to manage and evolve the contracting process for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients associated with medical communication activities. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various stakeholders to apply and evolve the contracting process.Develop and maintain a Contract process chart.Manage the contracting process through Ariba.Ensure timely contracting of HCPs and patients through Ariba.Manage HCPs and Patient contracts for medical communication activities such as advisory board meetings, satellite symposia, and training.Drive legal and local compliance review of contracts.Manage all communication with HCPs and patients around contracting.Ensure timely reconciliation of expenses and honoraria.Prepare regular reports as required by the team and wider stakeholder groups. Key Skills and Requirements:Graduate qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially in the scientific field.Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.Experience of working in a matrix team with strong organisational skills and sensitivity to cultural differences.Project management experience in coordinating the production and delivery of multiple documents.Strong command of English language.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and schedule high volume tasks simultaneously.
