First Call Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to enhance our workforce.

As a part of the First Call Contract Services Group, First Call Talent Solutions has been operational since 2024 and has experienced consistent growth, providing permanent recruitment solutions to a diverse range of clients across the UK.

We are eager to expand our team.

This is an opportune moment to become a part of our organization, with plans for new contracts and departmental growth on the horizon.

We are offering immediate interviews and starts for this dynamic service delivery position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post client vacancies on national and internal job boards
  • Conduct interviews and screening calls with candidates
  • Revise job postings and enhance candidate attraction
  • Follow up with potential candidates via email
  • Format CVs and candidate profiles
  • Perform general recruitment administrative tasks

Preferred Candidate Background:

While prior experience in permanent recruitment is advantageous, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in administration, telesales, customer service, or retail.

This role presents a unique opportunity to gain insights into all facets of permanent recruitment, including sales, client relations, and candidate management.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, with some flexibility required during peak periods.

The starting salary is competitive, with additional earnings potential and excellent company benefits based on experience.

This position is offered on a permanent basis.
