The Role: NEC Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled NEC Contract Administrator to join our Central and Local Government team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

  • Project Management: Effectively manage project stakeholders, coordinating efforts and ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
  • Consultant Procurement & Oversight: Source and manage a diverse range of consultant expertise, aligning their skills with project requirements.
  • Construction Expertise: Oversee the design, estimation, and planning phases of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Contract Compliance: Conduct thorough compliance checks on contracts, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Administration: Monitor contract performance closely, administering service credits and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Reporting & Communication: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate project status and key findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with NEC forms of contract is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with clients and colleagues.
